Product Introduction


The robotic arm fiber laser welding machine injects a high-energy laser beam into the optical fiber. After long-distance transmission, it becomes parallel light through the collimator, and then focuses on the workpiece for welding. It is a laser welding equipment. For welds that are difficult to access, it provides non-contact welding with flexible transmission and greater flexibility. The laser beam can be splitted, enabling simultaneous multi-beam processing, providing conditions for more precise welding.


1. Can be matched with various different power fiber laser devices, and can also be connected with fiber laser equipment to form a complete laser welding system.
2. It has all the characteristics of laser welding, extremely high energy density, high welding strength, stable welding, narrow welds, small heat affected zone, and small workpiece deformation.
3. The flexible laser transmission matches the six-axis robot laser welding system, which can be maximized for various production sites and automated production lines.
4. Can be equipped with a workpiece manipulator. A typical workpiece manipulator consists of rotating and tilting shafts, which constitute the seventh and eighth external axes of the robot. It can achieve full linkage with the robot, making welding of complex workpieces simple.
5. Equipped with CCD cameras, the accuracy of the programmed trajectory can be observed more clearly, thereby realizing the advantages of high-speed laser welding.
6. Can be equipped with a vision system to quickly obtain the weld trajectory and achieve welding and processing of products with poor consistency.
7. It improves labor intensity, increases labor productivity, reduces labor costs, reduces the technical requirements of operators, and can work in hazardous environments.
