With laser marking machines, soft metals such as aluminum or hard metals or alloys such as steel or precious metals such as gold, silver, bronze can be marked permanently, precisely and quickly. The applications range from labeling for traceability to the personalization of promotional items.
The contactless marking process, without consumables or tool wear, ensures the lowest costs per marking. With steel alloys, it’s even possible to produce corrosion-resistant laser markings without damaging the surface of the metal using so-called annealing marking.

Laser marking metal is a very precise and clean method to process metals with permanent, non-contact markings. High-resolution labels, such as serial numbers, qr codes, bar codes, and logos, can be applied to products and components. The laser creates metal markings or engravings using a non-contact process that requires no pre- or post-processing.
